* **User Content:** We collect the data you create and manage within the application, including script texts, scenes, characters, and lines. The core functionality of our app involves audio, so we also collect the **audio recordings** you make and upload to the platform.

**B. Information Collected Automatically:**
* **Device Notification Token:** To keep your content synchronized and notify you about the processing status of your audios, we collect an anonymous notification token from your device through the Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) service.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

* **To Provide and Maintain the Service:** We use your email for authentication (passwordless login) and to ensure the security of your account. Your profile data is used to personalize your experience.
* **Core Functionality:** The scripts and texts you create are stored so you can access them at any time. Your audio recordings are processed and stored so that you and your collaborators can use them for rehearsals. We also use the text from your lines to generate synthesized audio (TTS) as part of the application's functionality.
* **Communication:** We send emails with access codes for login. We use notifications to inform you when an audio has been processed and is ready for use.
* **Collaboration:** The nature of FlowDrama is collaborative. Your name and username may be visible to other people with whom you share a play to identify who is associated with each character.

3. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal information. Data sharing occurs only under the following circumstances:

* **Third-Party Service Providers:** We work with companies that help us operate our service. They are contractually obligated to protect your data and can only use it for the purposes we specify.
* **Cloud Storage:** Your audio files are securely stored with cloud storage providers (e.g., Backblaze B2).
* **Notification Service:** We use Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send notifications to your device.
* **Email Provider:** We use an email service to send login codes.
* **Other Users (Collaboration):** As mentioned, when participating in a play, other members will be able to see your username associated with the characters you portray.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

We take the security of your data seriously. Your information is stored on secure servers, and we implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Your audio recordings and script data are yours; we only host them for the application to function.

For offline functionality, a copy of your play's data is stored locally on your device in a secure database.

We will retain your information as long as your account is active. If you decide to delete your account, your personal and content data will be removed from our systems in accordance with legal and technical deadlines.

5. Your Rights
