How do I buy credits?

Credits can only be purchased through the mobile app. Download the FlowDrama app to buy credits via Google Play or the App Store.

My audio was not generated

If the audio for a line failed, you can try again by clicking the "Try again" button on the line. Also check that you have enough credits in your balance.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Go to the corresponding store settings to cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Go to the account deletion page and follow the instructions.
