1. Service Description
FlowDrama is a collaborative theatrical creation and rehearsal platform. It allows users to write plays, assign characters to collaborators, and rehearse scenes with synchronized audio playback.
2. Acceptable Use
By using FlowDrama, you agree not to publish illegal, offensive, or third-party rights-violating content. Use for spam or automated abuse is prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
The plays and content you create remain your property. By using the service, you grant FlowDrama a limited license to store and process your content for platform operation purposes.
4. Subscriptions and Refunds
Subscriptions are managed by the respective stores (Google Play and Apple App Store). Cancellations and refunds follow those platforms' policies.
5. Account and Termination
You may delete your account at any time at /delete-account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no activity for a continuous period of 6 (six) months are subject to permanent deletion, including all associated data. We recommend logging in periodically if you wish to keep your account active.
7. Limitation of Liability
FlowDrama is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, SP, are elected to resolve any disputes.
